i m 27 years old with 50 kg weight but i m only 4'9" tall that makes me look very fat .moreover i m genetically heavy chested.i want to know appropriate weight loss diet chart.thanks, looking for ur ans soon.
Hi My name is Swetha.I am 22 yrs old and my weight is 55kgs.I am working in a co. so whole day I will be sitting infront of my lap top.. and I am very sad because I have big tummy and when ever I wear jeans my friends says plz diet n reduce tummy,I tried alot by dieting etc.. stopped consuming oily & junk food but still i am not able to reduce morning i will go for jogging nothing is working out much and mainly i dont swet very soon.
Please help me and please suggest me how can i reduce tummy n loose weight....

Shilpa -I feel that i put more weight mow a days and even i put more weight on my back too. I feel so guity to have this problem. I regularly go for a walk. But still i didnt get any result out of this. Please do let me know in case of any suggestion.
I used to be extremely thin (50 kgs), but over the last 3 years i have put on 10 kgs. But it has been more or less stable. My height is 5'3.
My problem is, I have a perfectly shaped body, except for tummy fat. My junk food intake is almost nil now, have reduced my fat intake too. The food we make hardly contains oil/ghee.
If avoid potatoes, but if i have them, I soak them in water before cooking them to remove the starch from them. Also, I remove the water over rice to reduce that starch too.
I do not have breakfast, have a light lunch, but a heavy dinner with rice cooked as mentioned above.
Sometimes, I also do crunches or kapaalbhaati yogasana. I go for walks occasionally. I have started this new diet and excercise since more than 2 weeks, but there has been no reduction in my waistline. Please advice.
