Hi My name is Swetha.I am 22 yrs old and my weight is 55kgs.I am working in a co. so whole day I will be sitting infront of my lap top.. and I am very sad because I have big tummy and when ever I wear jeans my friends says plz diet n reduce tummy,I tried alot by dieting etc.. stopped consuming oily & junk food but still i am not able to reduce morning i will go for jogging nothing is working out much and mainly i dont swet very soon.
Please help me and please suggest me how can i reduce tummy n loose weight....
