which is the best supplement powder for weight gain ? i m joining gym from this week so please gimme a good quality and branded advice for fast and best results. my height is 6 and weight is 60kg something , anyhow i m little skinny so please suggest

hi, m 24 years old boy purely non veg my hight is 6' n my weight is 50 kg by last 7 years now afraid so much n want ny perfect solution wat should i do plz tell me a complete way to gain my weight according to my height.

hi, i am 26yrs old girl with only 40kgs of weight. i am really worried since all these years i have been underweight and skinny with a very normal diet. i also experience thicky discharge since so many years since my periods started. As of now it has never created any problem, but, is it any way related to not gaining up weight??? To gain my weight i have consulted all the doctors .......... right from Homeopaths, Allopathics to Ayurveds ............. but i have been in vain. Please suggest!!

Hi neha
i am giving you 8 steps.
trust me if u will adhere to these.u will get result.

1. stop thinking that you are under weight.
2. go join some gym right now.
3. be regular to ur exercises.
4. eat high protien food.
5.atleast have 2 eggs in a day.
6. if u can go for non veg, have it atleast in 3-4 days.
7.do consult any good doctor before u go for gym/exercises,cuz doc will take care if u get any side effects frm stuff u eat.
8.last thing wait for results. pls pls have patience.
If you r not able to decide what to eat.then i will tell u some alternatives.
ABT me. i gained 14 kg.impressive na.but still want to go for 10 kg more. so joining the same race. hehehe
gud luck and pls dont worry at all.
anybody can do so why not we.

if you really need to have a attractive figure than start doing regular exercise and you can take any food for atlist 2 months any like junk food...

My name is Shenty my heaight is 5'6", weight 62 kgs max. I m completely veg. & even i cant eat Fresh Cheese. As im working also you are therefore requested to giv me diet schedule best for me (veg. only) as i have not maximum time. My working schedule is from 7 am to 7 pm how i can manage & build subjected body by spending minimum time
