Hi neha i am giving you 8 steps. trust me if u will adhere to these.u will get result.
1. stop thinking that you are under weight. 2. go join some gym right now. 3. be regular to ur exercises. 4. eat high protien food. 5.atleast have 2 eggs in a day. 6. if u can go for non veg, have it atleast in 3-4 days. 7.do consult any good doctor before u go for gym/exercises,cuz doc will take care if u get any side effects frm stuff u eat. 8.last thing wait for results. pls pls have patience. If you r not able to decide what to eat.then i will tell u some alternatives. ABT me. i gained 14 kg.impressive na.but still want to go for 10 kg more. so joining the same race. hehehe gud luck and pls dont worry at all. anybody can do so why not we.
