To whom ever asking to increase weight- please note this... "Eat well in the afternoon and sleep for at-least 2hrs" for sure u will gain weight...

Gaining weight is simple but people get too hurry and they don\\\'t follow the regular procedure. take a glass of milk in the morning.. take ur breakfast and finish it with a banana. its compulsory not to miss the lunch in correct time. take a full meal and a banana have more milk products add nuts in your diet... have more urdhdal... having fresh juice is good.. HAVING potato is quick idea to gain weight avoid junk foods... have curd rice in your dinner.these tips is not only you will gain weight but also it maintains a good health...try out

Hi
Myself vishal and i am 22 year old my hight is 5.11 and weight is 52 KG i was suffring from Tuberculosis since 2 year but now i am taking DOTS madicin and i dont have TB.
Because of TB i lost 15KG weight and unable to improve weight please advice me what should i do to improve my weight.
i dont do excersise and not taking any suppliment

Hello Sir,
I am 22 yrs old, I weigh 45 kgs. and my weight has not increased since nearly 6 years.
My height is 5'4".
please suggest me what should I do to increase my weight.
I recently started Jogging in the morning. I used to walk/jog for 30 mins but one of my uncle said that it would reduce my weight rather than increasing it. however, the morning jog increased my diet.
Should i continue jogging or stop?

you should continue your jogging .but for high proteins , u should have weight gainer supplement.
