Hello Sir, I am 22 yrs old, I weigh 45 kgs. and my weight has not increased since nearly 6 years. My height is 5'4". please suggest me what should I do to increase my weight. I recently started Jogging in the morning. I used to walk/jog for 30 mins but one of my uncle said that it would reduce my weight rather than increasing it. however, the morning jog increased my diet. Should i continue jogging or stop?
