hiii i am swati from himachal dharamshala im 5'3" and just 41kgs plz tell me how to increase my weight as i have to join airlines

eat a lot of chicken if u r non veg or else rice if veg

i think u r not considered as underwight ... first u dont tek any tense.. u go n join ... all the best for ur job..

eat eggs, bananas ( very imp), potatoes, cheese. ur weight will definitely increase

hi....eat chicken,fish daily and before sleeping take one glass milk,and take full of water..do this for 20 days continuesly..bye..756937596

eat eggs, bananas ( very imp), potatoes, cheese. ur weight will definitely increase... EXERCISE PROPERLY. AFTER 2 MONTHS RESLTS WILL SHOW 100%.

hey yaar, dont be irritated...jz start by dividin it five-six small but intense meals a day. first meal shud b a protein rich-like fish, eggs, cheese....... and the next carbohydrate rich. proceed for ten days and check for difference.then start shifting gears by joinin a good gym..an a good trainer...be a good trainee too. nvr give up atleast for 3 months. um sure that will hlp u as that helpd me too.....my stats were jz lyk that....

Go for GYM. within 3 months you will get atleast 8 Kg extra.
