hey yaar, dont be irritated...jz start by dividin it five-six small but intense meals a day. first meal shud b a protein rich-like fish, eggs, cheese....... and the next carbohydrate rich. proceed for ten days and check for difference.then start shifting gears by joinin a good gym..an a good trainer...be a good trainee too. nvr give up atleast for 3 months. um sure that will hlp u as that helpd me too.....my stats were jz lyk that....
