if the balls is played by dravid...who will be the fielder in most times? 1. Bowler. 2. slip fielders. 3. Dravid himself will pick the ball & throw it to the opposition

Sachin, I guess it should be wicket keeper but U missed the option in your question. Mostly he leaves the ball n that goes to keeper.
world cup 2003 final was night mare for all indians players & viewers when ricky pointing hit smash 140 not out and his team mighty australia 359 for loss of 2 wickets in 50 overs also anikl kumbale frustrated after world cup 2007 defeat against sri lanka when india was thrown out of trounament and declared retirement from one day games. Frustration for bowlers is common because of sachin, ricky, lara, inzamam. i doubt cricket will be like golf by 2020 when only hit out or get out will be the theme of game and test match of 5 days will be history for ever like last test match was played between australia and england in 2011 9 years back. people will observe aniversaries of end of test match crickets

it is not fair to dravid... he is a true follower of the game... that is why he left captaincy when he realised that he is not made for it.. we should appreciate that

He was forced to leave captaincy. dont even think that he left it. In media it was said that he left it himself.

Both are false :-) I guess just opposite things will happen. Dravid 30 in 550 balls and Dada will give 50 runs in miss fielding.

I feel that Dravid WAS and IS NOT a good test batsman. His double century in the last tour of Australia (2003-04) was really fantastic and helped the team win.
Eversince Dravid became captain, he has been weighed down by various factors.
The kind of scratchy and useless innings he played in some of the tests like the third test in England on last tour, almost all tests in the last tour of SA and Australia (although people may praise his 93 at Perth) and even the century he made in the recent Chennai test are totally not in tune with the class and caliber of Dravid that we have thought and heard of.
I think he will be respected much more, be much more useful to the team and help the cause of the team, if he can undergo a crash course in POSITIVE THINKING and LETS GO OF THE PAST, ESPECIALLY WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HIM IN THE LAST 5-6 YEARS.
It is difficult to belive that a player of the caliber of Dravid cannot appreciate match situations, pitch conditions and play in the best interests of the team in a positive manner.
No one including me expects him to play in an explosive way and have a strike rate of 90-100 in test matches. The least that is expected of him is placing and timing his shots in such a way as to rotate strike and have a strike rate of atleast 50-55.
Sooner he realises this, better it is for him and the team.
