It's the thought that counts, not someone's English. Incorrect English isn't any particular community's weakness.
But, I do think Narendra Modi is playing politics, but that is not about Shoaib's comment, which everyone, including Indian Muslims are rejecting. Modi's politics is about the delayed (and may I add meager) awards to the Pathan brothers.
It was in bad taste. If he wanted he should have thanked and said sorry to his fellow country men instead of including all the Muslims around the world. It is an attempt to communalize cricket and divide the Indian nation. Hats off to the Indian team which played in true Chak De spirit.

Abe Gadhe.. We are talking abt rewards for Twenty20 and not what someone got yrs earlier...
Also this is abt comparing awards given by the respective state govts ONLY and not by Cricket boards....
Money given by BCCI is same for all the players which other state govts also knew.. even then they have paid bigger amounts to their players(except Kerala which I think has paid 3 lakhs to Sreesanth)
From where u got their father into equation...
Also we are not talking abt Hockey Team... if u interested why u r crying only abt Hockey Team and why not Kabbadi or Kho-Kho team..

Guys pls ignore raja babu..he is one those modi supporters who would always think that modi is their GOD...it will be good if pathan brother decline the reward given to them by guj govt...Money is covered in blood of innocent ppl ..
we all are duacted peoples, so guys talk only about india, not the states or religions, we should not care about politics and anti national peoples, after all theses old politicains will die in few years and they will give only problems in the name of religion and regional politics.,
we won world cup on 24th , after that everything is only politics., now we should concentrate on Australia series, they are wounded Lion so we have to be careful if want to to extend our happiness
People in Gujarat knows every bit about rediff, times of islamabad, ndtv of pakistan etc. People of the state have ignored the national media for ages now because of its biased coverage. NM dont even bother to ask money from the Centre for floods, sports, disaster etc. Instead he worked to increase the state revenue to uplift the people. Rediff had posted a discussion board yesterday that Modi ignored Pathan brothers. Today it carries this heading that Gujrat agovt gives 5 Lakhs to them. They tried to politicise the issu. They should regret this

India Won the 20-20 WC appreciated.. but again we are doing the same mistake by giving them too much value as we are doing from last 25 years. Media is responsible for all hype they are creating for these cricketers. And eventually we will find that these players also playing in pressure as we are increasing our expectations. And why are govt. giving money, I don't think cricketers are poor. Better give money to freedom fighters whom we have seen struggle for even 2 times food. BCCI is there to give them prices why should State govts. BCCI is earning thats why no problem even they distribute 50 crores. Why should govts... 5 lacs is more than the annual income of normal middle class person..

i m totally convinced with mr. Arjun's statement. first media is giving too much value, Second when BCCI is giving money why govt. are giving extra money.today no crickter is poor. wat govt is doing for their employee. taxes has been increased. New roads and bridges are being constructed but if we wants to cross that we will have to pay toll tax. wats this? cann't govt invest money on roads and bridges. that will be beneficial for all. And for your kind information, crickters don' play for country, they play for their carrier. i am not against game or any crickter but media should think or govt too.

hockey players r rightly upset. read the statement of hockey coach joquim. it is really foolish of govt to politically gain mileage on ckt popularity. dont waste taxpayers money. yes give them money but from bcci fund. in fact, there is such a disparity in india abt ckt and other sports, bcci shud keep aside some portion may 2% for upliftment of other sports in india. one wud argue why bcci shud make charity for other sports, it is coz they r earning income by huge tax exemptions also.(that also when they say their team does not represent india)
