A young entrant to the army was posted at a non-family station for several years. When he got news of a son born to his wife left in the village he threw a party to his pals and told them that he has decided to name his son 'Pandey' "why?" Asked his freinds. "In our village our neighbours are very cooperative" he explained, " so we name our children according to the neighbours vicinity. If it is neighbour number two, we name the child Dua, if it is number three it is Trivedi, number four chaturvedi. In my case it is number five and so it is Pandey." His friends were non-plussed. "What if it is a produce of a mixture of few neighbours?" "Then we call him Mishra" "What if the parenting is unknown?" "That is very simple, we name him Gupta" "What if the mother is too shy to reveal the name of father?" "Then we name him Sharma"
Someone's addition:- "What if so many fathers in the town are involved?" "Then we call him DeshPandey or Mishra"
