I believe all players should be treated equally so none of them should have been given anything by any one as BCCI has already announced so much prize money to them after all they are also doing a job like us, i think whatever anyone says Pathan brothers, and Zahir Khan are vital for the team if they perform we will win again and sooner or later they will be rewarded justly but i hope taxpayers money is spent justly and not just wasted on cricketers like most of these ministers have already done, i hope some of these cricketers doneate something for the dying farmers!

I dont understand why rediff is publishing such stupid articles . From where did they get this reporter called "Prasanna Zore" Sreesanth , a member of Indian team is from Kerala. The kerala chief minister has not declared any award for Sreesanth. Does it mean that he s also behaving like MODI. common guys , india won the cup just few days back there is lot of time left for ministers to announce things.

How did Gujrath Carnage start? Can you please tell. And it is not mandatory that if other Ministers give money Modi also should do the same. Why can't you take it in a different way that other Ministers gave awards bcse other players were Hindus? Brother Change the attitude, Be a human being than representing a religion
Modi may have an agenda. But is there any rule that these gifts need to be given. Let atleast one guy be sane not to shower any largesse on these cricketers. On the one hand we go over the top and spoil them and on the other when they lose we go nuts and deride them.
For the record Dinesh Karthik (its a different matter he did not play the finals) has not been given anything by the TN CM.
