bcci more like a political party, what the Hell sharad pawar doing here?why cant we hav a cricketer as a bcci chairman than these corrupted politicans . i think it happens only in india where all sport bodies are governed by politicians and they loot all the money alloted for the development and these people select players based on their caste and region thats why in a country with 105 crore people we cant even win single gold in olympics,here there is no place for talent and we have hundreds of tendulkars still playing in the street , thats why parents are hesitant in choosing the sport for their childrens profession.take brazil for example even a poor like ronaldinho gets chance to play in national team with their talent and skill where as here sunil gavaskar son gets automatic place in the team and mulayam singh son is selected for up ranji team at the cost of others....... we will never win any najor cups in cricekt as well as in other sports with this attitude untill we promote the game at the grass root level and motivate them and inspire them to the greater heights....
The BCCI is a bunch full of POLITICIANS, where everything matters is only about money and not sportsmen-ship. Atleast once let the ICL prove themselves as its going to be a good oppurtinity for the upcoming players to play with international players, so they will be in more confident when they represent India.
A Healthy Competition always gives better fruits to the end user. Over here its Matter of One Billion Cricket Fans..........
ICL Should come up strongly with all kinda Options and Professionalism so that Indian Cricket does not become a BUSINESS of Dirty Politicians..................
Its surprising how BCCI (Board of Cricket Control In India or whatever you make of it) is allowed to use the word India and still continue to be an autonomous body. If it represents the people it cannot continue as an autonomous body. It needs to operate just like the other sports associations. ( I am in no way praising the way they function.

Lets not be so HOMISH in winning. Whats the point in winning at home all the time. ICL is good for the fact that it brings competition. Just like privatisation brings competition to our Govt. Organisations which is usually full of Lazy and fighting 'politicised' unions. Come on dude...let them come. ICL will tell us what BCCI is really worth and BCCI will tell us anyways what ICL is worth as it is now full of 'talking' politicians.

what supremacy indian cricket is ina mess thanks to the jockers of BCCI. They are even not being able to rope in a descent coach. At least earlier when Dalmiya was at the helm all was going smoothly, n it was Dalmiya who made BCCI the richest board n the administration was also good compared to what it is today.

Nobody is stopping you in the middle of expressing your views than why you are writting also, also thrice.
PHL(hockey league) was started with much fan fare but it failed miserably. ICL should focus on building proper infrastructure first instead of organizing fancy tournaments directly. They may be fun but of no use to Indian Cricket.

What I mean to say was that ICL should not be another BCCI. Indian cricket fans do not want another tournament which is of no use to Indian cricket players.They should bring some professionalism in to the sport.
