Indian team especially does not have commitment for win, blaming captain or changing captain does not solve the problem, The winning spirit needs to be filled with team. Every one feels their responsibility. Main problem with Indian team is attitude, right attitude in indian team helps to win the games.
This is high time we should have some basic points.ist we should have team so that player are not taken guaranted their inclusion in the team.second team should be separate for Test team and one day.some player like raina and caff are good for test team but not for IOD.captain has not changed the player betting posion as per requirement.take the example of last match against AUSTRALIA. 4 Field placing like in India-Australia match..India places two slips where as bowler is bowling on legside 4 deliveries an over avg..keep 2nd slipe move other out as a kid can hit on leg anytime. 5. Bowlers should be given instruction to bowl on offside 6 deliveries or 5 what so ever be situation if it goes for 6 fours as i think its difficult to hit on off....bowler need discipline whenver indian bowler used shoulder against aussies they gave us wicket...no bowler in indian team bowls yorker and they needs to bowl one bouncer per over and one slow ball. 6. I feel Opening should be done by Sehwag and Gambhir or Mongia 1st down Dravid if Sehwag gone if mongia then Yuvraj 2nd down if dravid goes kaif or if yuvraj goes Badrinath 3 down Dhoni if kaif goes in for badrinath groom ...any other left hander. 4. I think Joginder sharma is better prospect as he bowls well and also good in batting hitter one like he is doing for haryana and north zone. 5. First and foremost we should stop bullying Indian Cricket team. Let us understand that team work is missing and what can a captain and coach do for that.
