First and foremost we should stop bullying Indian Cricket team. Let us understand that team work is missing and what can a captain and coach do for that. Strategies are meant to be implemented and not just kept on papers. I think that we lack the knack of keeping to our game plan and all the individuals play as individuals and not as a team.
If we understand the value of the team work things will start changing and we will see positive and consistent results in days to come.
