I feel this experimentation thing has been taken too far, players arent sure of their roles in the team. I too believe its time we send chappel packing, its been almost 2 years of him being incharge, and if anything, Indian team's performance has gone down. I feel Saurav was doing a far better job as captain, even though he himself wasnt performing, but still he was doing better than what guys like Sehwag, Raina are doing these days. And of course we have Sachin, whom i think noone expects to do well in important matches
Does anyone know the amount of time the India Players spend on the commercial advertisements? These ads are ruining the players as well as the national pride. This would leave the player in a hype and non-focused on the game. They would be more concerned about the feedback of the advt and the further business they can do. The India Players believe "make hay while the sun shines".
Does anyone remember Anna Kournikov of Russia, our sania mirza has followed her steps and will soon be in oblivion.
Give Greg the suthority to control the players totally. The board should ban all advertisements of players who are presently playing for the nation. This will keep the team focused and motivated.
Instead of asking us to pick the 'Playing 11' why not asking us to select the 'Squad of 16' before announcing the team for a tour/tournament. Please consider this....
We are good in bench and not chosing the right for the tournament. Am I charging the selectors here?? May be !?!?!
When India wins, we all are very proud, but if we lose any match, we starts firing the players. At present our batting is the problem, which was our strength, but I am sure our batting will be back soon. Also whenever India loses, Sachin is targeted, why? what are the other 10 players of the team doing?
Also dont forget that, under Dravid's captaincy we have made the world record for chasing.
Its time to support our team, and boost up their confidence....they will be on the track soon...Come-on India!

Dravid is great cricketer in the world. No doubt about this. Every one knows How is Dravid Play. But as a Captain he dont have much. bcoz he was not setup field right place in ICC champions Trophy. Including ENG, WI and AUS, he forgot to organise his team members. Sometime Sehwag on Third man area...Tendulkar on Slip(First slip) and Etc..How could Sachin will take off the catch with his height? See other teams...Gayle on First slip for WI. In Aus If Hayden is there in AUs team..he is the First slip..So many things are messup with Dravid Field Setup. And another problem is in FindLeg position..Munaf took the findleg position VS Aus. Is it he save any boundary on his side? think... I dont know Why Dravid is setting this field. I want tell u another Big issue on Field. When Harbajan bowled..What is the Field setup? No Leg Gully and Why we got long on in Powerplay. Aussies not attacking spin. Then Why? What I am saying is Dravid Need to give pressure when Spinner spins the Ball. I want to BCCI to get back Ganguly.
It is not wise to pay the boys at par with the aussies,south africans and english teams. These countries have a much higher per capita income so the payment of their cricketers is not obscenely higher than the rest of the country. Since our boys get paid at much higher rates compared to the national average they tend to lose focus soon. Combined with the fact that endorsements fetch them even more money it is no surprise that they lose their heads very soon ( dont blame them..anybody would). So pay them out at reasonable rates and deposit the rest into some kind of pension fund which would be accessible only after representing the country in a certain number of tests and or one-dayers.Ban any endorsement contracts till you played in a certain number of matches to prove your worth. Dont be diheartened on losing to teams like Australia as they are world champions. Spot youngsters with the right "attitude" and nurture them.
This should do the trick.Keep in mind no Chinese cricketer ( yes they will bebeating everyone in 10-15 years if not sooner)will ever be payed such money but they will still perform becuse they will be brought up like that. I welcome any criticism /opinions.
