this is nothing but a meagre waste of time (talking about indian cricket) We keep on talking about them n the media has also given the hype for so long now but nothing seemed to have made this indian team to fight(for pride atleast),they're just earning as much as possible by getting into the team n forgetting what they have to do n crushing under pressure situations is a constant factor in the indian team. Its not about the money, nor the fame. u're playing behalf of a billion people. so u should play with your full heart n as a team to win. winning is not easy its a collective effort. but if u play as a team u'll definitely win, for tat everyone in the team has to work hard by not giving 100%, by giving 150%. tats tough. but still tats wat u're payed to do. n u should not see it just as a game, its a great opportunity for them. but they're not using it to make the team proud. instead they're always letting the team down on the top level n the people in this country always wants the team to do well. tats tough. but atleast to salvage the pride of the Indian cricket they should win the upcoming WC if not i've decided tat i'm not going to watch this indian cricketing action anymore.
i possibly think that indian team has forgotten the basics of the cricket.how the bowler should bowl i,e line and length wicket to wicket as though we lack of pace always keep the ball on just middle and off stumps and sure the results will be good.on the other side just look at the australian team,mcgrath how he bowls every single ball he keeps stumps to stumps so even the world best batsmen struggles,look abt his average compared to others.
why wait till we are thrown out of WC'07 in the prelim rounds to remove chappel. remove chappel and take back captaincy from dumb dravid. he is the most reliable batsman for India lets keep him that way. Its also good for him to remembered as a great batsman rather than a pathetic captain. India needs a captain who can inspire and get the best out of each player. We are talking of team event rather than a solo game. Dravid is in good form but the captain has to perform and has to bring the best out of each team member. Rahul Dravid should be a thinking captain, atleast in future.If one strategy is not working in the field he should have alternative idea or else should he discuss with his boys.

Ten Steps to make Indian Cricket team World-beaters.
1.Ensure no member/officials of BCCI is in politics and never allow it at any cost in future. (First remove Sharad Pawar from BCCI to set an precedent)
2. There should be only one national selector and selection should not be on the basis of Zones but only on performance.
3.Remove the foreign coach and appoint someone like Ravi shastri or any of our former players who will have a good rapport with the team.
4.Fix a ceiling on the advertisement earnings of the players. Players should not be given the right to do as much advertisements and earn as much they want. Only two ads per player should be permitted and a ceiling over the earnings should be placed. Maximum Rs. 10 lacs should be the ceiling per year. If a player is found violating the rules, sack him.
5.All members of our national team should play in all domestic tournaments and perform. Only then he shall be considered.
6. The cash rich BCCI should decentralise itself in such a way that young talent any where in our country is spotted and developed at the cost of BCCI.
7. A maximum of ten tests and twenty one dayers sholud be played in one calender year
