It is now necessary to ban all the players for making the ads. They need to play for country. They are playing for money only. India's win or loss they do not mind!!! They earns lakhs of money!!! So they need to play for country now as like Ausis.
This time only some changes should done 1- Change the captain replaced by Gangul and Coach by John Write. 2- Try to develop killer instict and will to win with this couple.
See, it is good that Selectors is showing faith on young genernation. They have given lot of opportunities to prove themselves specially to Suresh and Kaif. Sehwag is also there. Now it is time to say bye to these players and again give chance to some senior players who are performing well, by scoring century Ganguli have shown his capability and experience. Let he get one chance.
Most important thing that needs a thought is "are we going back to the same place wherefrom Ganguly raised Indian team". It is not that India is loosing or winning, it is a matter of confidence that boys are loosing. It was Ganguly who raised the moral and brought that killing instinct in Team India. Everone was riding a high confidence level when DADA was there. If we can carry world's greatest batsmen for scoring 10-40, why should not we think of having someone who can get 100s from the same player. Who has courage to lead from front and protect his team at his risk. In DADA we had got a tremendous team builder,leader and also player.
From here I would observe that Indian players, all are of great caliber, most of us agree, the only thing lacking is a leader who can embedd confidence and agressiveness into them. I think DADA was on his way to achieve that. Lets call him back before it's too late..... To tell you all I am a pankha of Sachin and hence always felt jealous of DADA coming up.... I think I should admit the good things done by him and his good qualities....
Ganguly is one of the finest player India has ever produced. I have personally observed, he plays cricket unlike others who play only politics. He has the actual cricket spirit and plays for the country whereas others play for themselves. Every one is aware that during his captaincy,India gained the lost glory in the field of cricket. He was the most lucky captain for the country.
If India wants to regain the lost image, Ganguly needs to be reinstated to his old position without further delay.
