How to make India world beaters?

Following steps would be needed to make India world beaters:
1. Sack Greg Chappel from the post of the Coach of Indian team with immediate effect after settling all his dues.
2. Bring back Saurav Ganguly at the helm of affairs, that is, as captain of the team.
3. Let there be different captains for different areas of cricket, namely, bowling, batting, fielding and wicket keeping, a la John Wright.
4. Induce some performance based incentives over and above the fixed amount that the players get for playing a match.
5. Make the process of selection totally transparent where every player knows why he has been selected or not selected.
