Does anybody know a company opened by Reserved class, and he has implemented reservation in his company..? or has employed all members belongs to reserved class...?
I believe, he himself hate getting the person belong to reserved class. Instead look for better performing person.

Brother, Instead talking on wrong policies of Govt , we need to try to bring all people together. We need to forget the caste ism now and now. That is the only solution. Christianity and muslims are spreading their religion all over. Every day so many dalits are converted to Christianity. Instead fighting, we have to see how we can demolish this casteism. After all they are all our brothers and the same blood.

I have seen many places where there are mass conversion to Christianity, many Dalits come for compensation benefits they get from conversion. But they never change status of their caste, because they loose benefits of Dalit caste and the more weightage is more.

All in all. We have to cut the bad part of our religion. After every few generations, Hindu ism took new turn. This is the time, we need to recall the caste based community and make a performance based community.

If BJP can do this or any other party for that matter takes first step, then they should be supported in real . Today they are also making Hindus weak in a way.
