Reservation is for leechers and free-loaders. Those who have agile brain do not need it. Only difference that counts and matters is of economic status. But powerful lobby of OBC bureaucrats think otherwise and opportunist politicans are just playing in their hands.
What needs to be done? 1. All citizens should be allocated a unique identification number (PIN). 2. Remove surname (even name) columns from application forms (at govt. offices, educational institutions, others). Instead PIN should be the only identifier. 3. Bring transparency into the system
Discrimination on the basis of caste is a CRIME and it applies to all parties concerned. Two wrongs can't make it right. But who has time to think straight as we all have become so self-centered and callous.
Government will do good if it properly implements and overhauls primary/secondary education. Only god knows what happens to education cess that it collects from salaried class.
We need a TRANSPARENT society free of all tangles of caste and religion. We need a society free of all leechers and good for nothing ppl (belonging to any class). We need a society that hails merit and not condone mediocracy. If we manage to build such a democratic nation then only we would achieve independence in true sense.
