He is the only singer, who successfully matched the voice of evertime great personalities like Dilip Kumar / Dev Anand / Shammi Kapur / Guru Dutt / Rajendra Kumar / while keeping the listeners in good humour while singing for Mehmood / Johny Walker. He is the only singer who had sung widest variety of beautiful songs under the Singer - Music Directors like Hemant Kumar. He is probably the only singer who added Sone pe Suhaga for the classicals composed by Naushad Saab. I can list down atleast 200-300 songs as ever time great. Bravo India !
