I beilieve its Upper Management's mistake,they are not able to adjust to changing markets trends.Managers are ready for progress of company why not for downfall ? The first thing that company needs to do is stop hiring employees if you cant see the buisness ahead. TCS has crossed 1 lakhs still hiring I cant undrestand yyy?? As a result of this company's profit is not shared properly with old employee rather it goes for addintional new employees and hence they have to take steps like cutting salries ot employees .

It's obvious you cannot understand ( and have difficulties in reading too)- please read- they were not fired these people quit because they did not like their rating and are you saying that on a employee base of 100000 employees TCS will not have 500 who are rated as non performers ? So the non performers quit so what is the big deal ?
