Do u think there is difference between a student who get 90% in 10th or 12th std and another guy obtaining 55% in the same? See that happens in some colleges...I do not totally reject it. But its my personal experience that some of the SC/ST guys use the scholarship money to enjoy the college and hostel (like drinking, smoking, etc.) instead of giving much time for their studies.
