Hi Gururaj, I agree with what you say....and on what you Say...but if you are talking about the people who have been treated as foreigners for over 50 years...just because the language they speak is also spoken by a different country.....and considering the fact that the part of India that speaks that language (Nepali) was either different country (Sikkim) or was part of different country (Darjeeling), the remark doesn't remain a joke (Darjeeling was a part of India before independence)....And the remark could hardly be considered a joke anyways
