Ur tamil bylanes are more filthy than siliguri and people r not just thugs or thieves, but open robbers. if u go against them then the entire local population starts supporting them. Dirty people wud not even help u and wudnt communicate in any other language than tamil. I had a terrible experience there myself. So its better that u stop targetting selective cities.
