yes we are surviving in foreign aid, india should also seek for foreign aid for the millions of starving people and suciding farmers..it is better to seek aid than to leave there people in hunger and abject proverty..what you think you are the superpower because of some ambanis, mittal, few ITs..same on you..you are going to be one of the most economically divided country where richer are getting richer and poorer are getting pooorer..Even US accepted aid when there was problem with katriana..and who said that your country do not accept aid..they did not accept only during sunami, if I am right
