I think now the things (cricket fans)are cool down. Its time to introspection about the importance we are giving to Indian Cricket.We should avoid the Cricket & the Cricket Players who have more personal Goals out of field than the collective team effort at ground. Let us sit peacefully & should think that we are just overexpecting from cricket .This is just the wastage of Time & Energy. Let us put ourselves on more productive works than Cricket which has given a lot of pain to the Indian Cricket Fans .
We have listened and seen enough of Mr. Kiran More with Batting avg 13.09 out of 94 ODI matches having no 50 or 100 talking bad for Saurav Ganguly. I beleieve Mr. More better learn how to play play from Saurav Ganguly. Since coming back saurav has made six 50's has performed better than any other player in the Team India. He made Team India's life better in South Africa when they were struggling like Bermuda in this world cup. Everyone knows that Rahul Dravid is a great player. He has played many match winning innings. But captaincy requires a special cunningness an aggressiveness. A captain must have guts to give back what they get fron an opposition. Being defensive giving general comments like " we didnt play to our potential" is not the solution of Team India. Dravid must have taken the decision to get Sachin to open the innings simply because he is top performer at that position ever. Secondly Kumble should have been picked up inplace of Bhaji cause he has performed very well against Sri Lanka in the past. Nobody else takes these decisions except captain of team. I believe Saurav Ganguly has taken Team India to its peak in the past. When Sachin Quited Captaincy after test series loss against south africa. he took the command of same team and won the ODI series against same opposition. It was his right decisions and ability to bring the whole team as one unit which went into final of last world cup after a slow start. Team india Definitely need a captain like Saurav Ganguly to get the best of out them. And as i said in teh begining Kiran More definitely needs to review his ODI and Test records before pin pointing anyone else.

Absolutely. This guy has some personal problem with Sourav. He is jealous. He is mean. He never played a match winning innings in his whole life and now criticizing Sourav. Pathetic personality (does he have one?). The main problem is we expect more from a person who gives more. No problem with that. But why don't we expect something from the other big names like Sachin, Dravid, Sehwag? More, please stop. There should be a limit of your revenge. You have taken that revenge successfully. Now let the selection committee take their decision.

SMS thing TOI reported which has bongs like Sumeet Mukharjee, Bose as reporters check today's TOI
and.. Make Ganguly coach of Bangladesh if you want. They will start infight. They will forget to run between wickets. They will start hurling their shirts and pants. They will make their partners run out. They will start politics with journalists. They will start CPM Bangladesh branch. They will drop catches. They will give boundaries.
He will be great Bangladesh coach till some body does Woolmer with him.
It is always seen when somebody like Sehwag Sachin etc start banging the ball all over ground and face all the fury of best pace bowlers. Then this Darpok dada comes and like hindi movies after hero fights his friends ,ladies etc also start hitting opponents. Tjis Darpok Dada swings his bat also at very very slow pace and also scores this way.
In last world cup who toiled and who is trying to clinch credit ?
On the day of Shri Lanka match there was SMS from Journalist to Ganguly. (TOI report)
Dravid and Ganguly had some fight over that attitude with Ganguly.
On background of Ganguly's slow innings against Bangla desh.This saw Indian defeat against Bangladesh as remaining 6 batsman were left with 36 balls to score. This lead to collapse as they did not get time to settle.
Can some body throw light on that SMS.
Let the world know How This lobby of Ganguly and Bengal journalists put pressure on team just to help ganguly sabotage indian campaign.
Even match against South Africa at Eden Gardens all Bengali crowd supported SA team. How they call themselces patriot?
Ithna sab Mahbhrath for captaincy to one player at expense of joys Indian and (very small part of Bengal) cricket lovers.

dear fiend...lets be objective about this world cup and not ponder about the past.. this is the problem with the indian team...yu pick up players on basis of past record and reputation not on current form/performance..
so we would rather have all the heavy weights when we dont require all of them...despite the so called thousand of odi runs between the big three all of them failed on a placid wicket....
and yes gangully is guilty as hell as sehwag for yesterdays match...we all have seem him struggling in the last two matches...yet knowing the fact that all he had to do was to get just take singles.rotate strike and guide the immature utapha.....(as the lankans did when they were on the backfoot)
leadership is not only to demonsrated when yu are incharge..officially...great leaders take charge of the situation and rise to the occasion.... and take tough decision...
yesterdays match the willy murali got o our bating...just imagine if sourav would have stuck up till then and blasted maurali out of the attack...yu dont have to be a rocket scientist to get the plot.....so dude, yes saurav was the best indian captain....but cricket has moved on and we have seen of sauravs skills yesterday. or his limitations so as to say...(if yu have doubts pse check out hayden/gilchrist/smith performance yesterday...so yu will get idea of left handed batting skills).....time for some change....and the buck shoud stop with all the three senior....

Mate Thanx for ur reply...How come you expecting all the goods from Ganguly What abt Sachin, Dhoni, Sehwag Who never performed in world cup...What happen to these three guns against Bangladesh..I dont think so they these three guns have taken any step forward against Bangladesh or back in SA...You cant expect 50 or 100 every match from Saurav..there are other members in the team as well..who are responsible for the loss...If u want you can write a huge essay on Saurav ( A BAD GUY )..But mate think abt whole team as well and then compare to SAURAV since last 4 series India has played...

Although I am not a Bengali, I am hurt the way people criticise Ganguly and bring in regional considerations. I respect all Ganguly supporters whether Bengali or not for their good cricket sense. Only people with good cricket sense can understand the importance of Ganguly. He deserves a special mention. He should be the coach of India after his retirement. Ganguly is the real leader. In his time there was little politics and Kaif Nehra Yuvi Vajji Laxman all were given due importance and all performed. The Captain however sud be Yuvraj. Gangulys World Cup average is 58. something runs. He all along tried to carry the team along, but could not do so in the last match. Still in this tournement he scored 66 plus 89 plus 7 runs equals to 161 runs at an average of 50.36 runs. Dravid could not take the team along. His personal scores in this tournament are 14 plus 7 plus 60 equals to 81 runs at an average of 20.7 runs. Ganguly although not captain can be more effective if given a higher status under captaincy of Yuvraaj in future. Sachin Dravid cannot be given regular chance ot block the places. They should be given chances only on the basis of Ranji games as happened to Ganguly. Ganguly should be kept at a stretch for two years to give a shape to the team irrespective of his performance. But I understand he will perform well. After two years none of Ganguly, Sachin and Dravid should be given any chance.

kiran more has no business to talk.he started this rot he went after ganguly and made sure that he never came back during his tenure.but ganguly after coming back is more consistent.u can lose but fight and go down not what happened in the match.collective failure and defensive mindset.only sewag seems to have that free mind.insite of failures he was the one more fluent.attacking mindset was required and that was not there
Why Saurav? why not Sachin, Doni, Uthappa Mr MORE?? you selected everyone and why you blame only Saurav. It played agaist Bangaladesh & Bermuda - but what about Sachin - the most praised and experienced player. He did not deserve a place in the squad. Sachin never won for India siglehandedly in his whole career.

It's Sharad Pawar, Greig Chappel and then Rahul Dravid because of whom India have lost their ground..Dravid is never a match winning player.. His 60 runs was worthless as he could not lead India to victory...He is a total disaster....He should quit cricket..
