Madam it is one of many problems of the present day. We realy need to unite in this matter as as well other matters also which everybody perhaps could understand. As far as this menace is concerned I strongly support the women empowerment. Allocate all vital jobs for womens right from Police to Administrative in State as wel in Central Govt. This will stregthen the weak womens and decrease violence against women in home and outside. Otherwise nothing can prevent such crimes. This proposal will get support as we are born of th e same women whom we torture. This is also my appeal for all males because they need to respect women of any caste, creed or language.
