Aweful Incident
by ABHIJIT ROY on Sep 28, 2007 11:12 PM  Permalink

Most of tese RJs are oversmart, act funny, donot hesitate to insult others, and they think that they have done a great job. Freedom Of Speech do not allow one to hurt others. This particular RJ hadbeen disgusting and must be punnished severely to deterothers of his tribe from doing similar acts.
Amit/Prashant, who ever might be better, no one has the freedom to insult a group of Indians.
The incident in Siliguri was most undesirable. School children bore the brunt. Many of them returned in the evening after proper escort. Imagine their and parents' plight.
The adminstration is also to be blamed. The procession should have scheduledin the afternoon, not in the morning peak hours.
The whole incident has tarnished Siliguri, known as peaceful cosmopolitan place, with no communal disturbance, what so ever

its a madness , no sanctity
by Murli dhar on Sep 28, 2007 11:04 PM  Permalink

Music and singing is a really god's gift inherited by few in millions of population. The format of the programme has to be changed considering the previous results as well as this year's result.Indian Idol selection has to be based on innocent, crazy, and mad people then what is the necessity of keeping honourable judges who are the real champions in their respective music fields. The performance rating of Indian Idol should based on computer system programme which should be displayed to the public on screen and the public voting should not have any bearing on participants performance and should be an indicative for the popularity only, the judges should have a say at final stages of Indian Idol.
If the public gives any popular voting for a person against a really talented person the judges should have an authority to change. There should be a justification for any selection and any justification for this type selection is unjustified the reason is that even the judges becomes the socalled judeges when a talented person miss the golden opportunity and they feel bad from the core of their hearts and they become helpless because of the format of the programme and they are tight lipped. If you say this democracy then it has to be argued that democracy always misused by public the sactity for demoracy, talent of right person, and judeges choice out of their knowledge and experience gets defeated when the mob public votes for a wrong person. A wrong signal to future generations.

THE PROTEST WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE VIOLENT....IT WAS A SILENT MARCH.....WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE VIOLENT WHEN STONES WERE THROWN AT THE PROTESTORS....GET THE FACTS RIGHT

And AND ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS....THE REMARK WAS NOT AGAINST ONE PERSON.....IT WAS RACIAL DISCRIMINATION....WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED ACCORDING TO INDIAN CONSTITUTION.

Stones are just nothing.. if mob tried to stop an ambulance, I would have opened fire if I could. Those idiots need to undertand that they harmed their own state, their own people and their own country to oppose so called "racial discrimination". You are an stupid who is trying to justify this and call one person's views/comments racial discrimination. Try to make some sense when you write in public forum. Even after knowing the fact that Prashant has been crowned Indian Idol, you talk about racial discrimination that makes me wonder whether you are an idiot or a moron or ignorant.

This is stupidity at it's peak. Some jockey comments on some indian idol and the idol's fans stop an ambulance. Is the procession more important that someone's life? Where are we heading?

Tamang fans go beserk
by Bodh Ramdeo on Sep 28, 2007 10:48 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Indians are such infantile little s*#ts! Just imagine that - a DJ makes a derogatory comment about someone and they go beserk. Result - violence, mayhem and chaos. Just shows how childish and stupid these morons are - these dung-eating twerps are so lacking in self-confidence that the slightest slight, real or imagined, causes them to go beserk, whereas in developed, mature societies, something like that is taken in stride - no big deal, but not in India, the land of stupid, childish, child-like twits, where everyone sufers from false pride, over-blown egos and humungous inferiority comlexes.
From now on, I'll reserve my judgement when the police and security forces use heavy-handed tactics to quell such insane, unwarranted violence.
