I m not sures that the songs sung by Rafi is sitll fresh bcz of the music or wordings or his golden voice but listning him is still giving the more musti then new songs.
Rafi saab was an institution of singing -there was nothing that he couldn't render with amazing ease and yet be soulful. We should remember him always by listening to his songs EVERYDAY and not the lousy senseless remixes.
Even after 26 years your voice is still very vivid and will remain so for centuries to come. Pukarta chalo hoon main..Galli...Galli....is my fav rafi song.

Rafi had voice with purity and when he sang he sang with soul. His songs of Baiju Bawara "Man tarpat hari darshan to aaj.." was one such song. There are many such songs by Rafi which proves his verstality and moods. From pop to pure classical he could sing with ease and would audiences spell bound by his magic. We shall always miss him. His song "Yeh zindgi key meley......" is perhaps best tribute to him.
