Best to forget about justice. India as a country was providing weapons to kill innocent Tamils in lanka. Indian weapons together with Chinese and Pakistani weapons killed 20000 people in few days. If such cruelty existed to kill 20000 with bombed out pregnant ladies dead on the road with the foetes hanging out, do the Punjabis think they will get justice for much fewer deaths.
As a Jaffna tamil, my advice to the punjabis is to accept your fate and expect no justice. Start a new life and forget what happened because you can never be an equal Indian. If it had happened the other way around, (i.e., Punjabis killing Hindus), you would have been crushed (oh i forgot, thats what happened.). That shows which religion is considered more important, i.e., unequal.
If after 25 years, they can't give you justice, please don't expect it. Think about the future and not the past. Its not your fault you were born in a cruel country.
Tibet does belong to China. When in the history of South Asia was Kerala and Gujarat in one country. India is a make up of the British and no one had any choice. Why give Tibet that choice when Tibet for long has been under Chinese stewardship. China has history longer than a country called India (i am not saying indian as a people but definitely longer history than india). Historically, india never sent envoys to other countries. Different kingdoms in south asia sent envoys. China as a country sent envoys.

20000 died due to your weapons. Did 20000 die in Mumbai. 20000 is not collateral killing but an act of genocide. Oh I do hope China or someone comes after the terrorists in your country and kill many innocent people in the process of fighting those terrorists.
