the player who is out of form should be dropped for youngs to come don"t try for previous form- 'since past is past"

Like Rajya Sabha at every 3 years quarter the poorest performes must be dropped out in 3 to 4 nos from Test/ODI teams.It will give them a good competitive spirit and the earnings of these undeserving boys must be heavily taxed say 60% of fees earned to at least make country earn out of these so called national heros.
