There should be one body not lead by sharad power who will judje the level performance of each player before sending somewhere else.And all income to be monitored except the earning made throuh playing.If the ADVERTISEMENT is one of the earninig source then the sector to be open for only model not for the cricketer. And the payment should be made on the performance like the wages of Bus Driver of CTC if you work (as per the availability of Buses and manpower attended before)the full payment of Rs.150/- will be paid otherwise TA and Rs.15/- as allowance.Like the same if they win full payment will be made otherwise pocket money will be given. thanks
