first of don't blame only on players this is a collective responsibility. it happened just because of lack of consistency, too much experiments & T.V. adds. & i am really wondering BCCI is not taking any kind of serious action over it. if this is happening again & again, then please don't play the cricket. it is a very humble request to all the players & BCCI comitee members.
