Chapple and Dravir could not develope confidence among players. Possibly there was distances between directors and actors in the team. BCCI' revised poliies are not good enough for improving the performance of the team. If there is power game at the top , players are not united and patriotic , their performance is bound to fall. It has become a lucrative profession in India.

Dravid is not a capable capatain. BCCI is fully responsible for such Indian defeat by making him capatain.
