Dravid is doing equally good job in last 16 months when compared to ganguly %u2018s 5 yr success. GABGULY DITCHED DRAVID BY PLAYING NEGATIVE CRICKET. if any win there won't be a change in cataincy. And ganguly won't get such huge stage like WC to humiliate dravid , so exit from the wC means provend dravid poor captain and many will praise ganguly &he will say infront of media that he is not prolbeminterested in captaicy. but will do everything to regain captaicy or his supporter ganguly is root cause of te what captain and coach will do when some players with the support of the board officials ditch conspiracy against current captian and coach? And there won%u2019t such big event like WC to humiliate captain and prove him a poor captian and ganguly as good captain and regain his captaincy If team wins there won't be change in captaincy? It is ganguly ditched dravid and deliberately played negative cricket and humiliated dravid . If some players did not support team or captain and played deliberately negative cricket and had big role in defeat and let down captain what coach & captain can do some players do not want to play for team?? Now see these players name is coming forward to make them as captian?? players are now marketing their names to regain captaincy through their agents.
win or defeat is depands on performance of XI players irrespetive of coach, captain,stretagy ptich and conditions. sl and bangladehs win against team india is best example for that A team is as good as captain and if captain and coach has to go so all other like ganguly tendulkar, dhoni, zahirkhan harbajan, agarkar dhoni should also be out?? Ganguly %u2018s success was b%u2019cuz ofcontributions dravid, sachin laxman kumble srinath, sewag not b%u2019cuz of leadership qualities. He servived as non performing captain b%u2019cuz he had godfather called dalmiay . When dalmiay lost power he betrayed dalmiay also. team went final in WC2003 bcuz sachin batted brilliently. he scored 33%of total runs and won MOS and best batsman. NOT B'CUZ OF GANGULY CAPTAINCY OR LEADERSHIP, srinath bowled well and dravid ketp wkts to accomodate one more batsman But this time it is ganguly betryaed team and ditched the captain by deliberatly playing negative cricket. He just want to humiliate dravid .also if team win then therewon't case of changing captiancy. ganguly is root cuase of defeat,. sujatah parkash did not mention of non cooperation of players to captain and failue o sachin dhoni herbajan and mainly ganguly .who played selfish cricket for safe Ganguly is playing petty potics and ditched dravid.

Suman, Why are u so angry with Ganguly when he was the only player to have scored 2 consecutive 50's that too one in the most difficult circumstances against bangladesh when every one flopped except for himself and Yuvraj. Why should Ganguly ditch Dravid? If he had to do that he would have scored like what Tendulkar did, whilst he scored two 50's in the most difficult circumstances. You have to agree on certain foolish things which Dravid did: 1) He made a bad decision to bat first against Bangladesh when there was so much assistance for the bowlers. He should have been really foolsih to make this decision. 2) He made a bad decsion to bowl first against Sri Lanka on a do or die match. It puts more pressure on the Indian team when they chase in a do or die match. 3) He gave too many chances to his fellow Karnataka mate Robin Uthappa who always plays in a hurry as if he has to rush to the loo. 4) He is not aggressive as Ganguly is. 5) He doesn't have the courage to make some bold changes. 6) He gave too many chances also to this inconsistent bowler Ajit Agarkar. 7) He never gave any chance to Dinesh Kartick or Pathan.
Ganguly would have given a chance to both of these youngsters and motivated them. Pathan was in his peak during ganguly's captaincy whilst Dravid has not done any thing to improve him or get the best out of him.
Last but not the least Dravid should relinquish his captaincy to Saurav who is the only best aggressive leader available right now.

Captaincy record for gangul y and dravid statistics prove dravid did equally good job in 16 months compared to ganguly ' 5 yrs Dravid within 16 months did good job and equally good odi success what ganguly has in 5 yrs. Ganguly had full support of bcci and dalmiay prsd with ganguly for all 5 yrs of his captaincy. Nobody ex cricketer or board officials dare not speak against ganguly's blunders He continued to enjoy captaincy even his late 3 yers he was out form and non performing but he was forutnate that dravid sachin, kumble laxman sewag were all in form and contributed lot his success as captain more than ganguly leadership qualities Team won 23 out of 76 odis when sachin was captain Team won 76 odis out of 147 matches when ganguly was captain Team won 33 odis out of 65 ( including this WC matches) when dravid was captian Both sachin and ganguly had more time as captain Out of 76 matches 38 matches won in india and 31 odis wins are against weaker team like kenya, nambia and Zimb Dravid did not loose any odi series at home ( even SA it was drawn 2-2) and 2 matchs against ZImb Except Australia no other team is winning series consistanly there is always ups and downs Even when ganguly was captain there were wins and many humiliated defeat. Team did not win all series under his captaincy. Team India did not win in SA when ganguly was also captain. Team had humiliated defeat by Kiwis( 56 all out a record) aussies, WI, Pakistan when ganguly was captain. Team had some lost test and odi series when ganguly was captain. John and ganguly build a team and watched how it collapsed. Team was ranked 8th in ICC odi ranking and it was broken ship when dravid made capatian Bangladesh beat India when ganguly was captian. Still it is not so good team Even team goes under dravid captain there is chance of winnin After SL series dravid removed from captaincy and made captain for Zim tour which India could have won even when dravid ware captain. Ganguly responsible for the outset of kumble, laxman, nayna mongia from the odi team he also spoiled the careear of Akash chopra, hemang badani, partiv patel, muali karthik, Ajay ratra, S gopan ramesh, SS das Even dravid encouraged yougnerst like raina, munaf, sresant, dinesh karthick, robin, also recommended payush chawla to share the ind team dressing room though even he is not part of team.Statistics prove that dravid did equally good job just withing 16 months compared to ganguly%u2019s achived ment in 5 yrs and that he has no godfather in bcci the way ganguly had dalmiaya. AAre rajeswa yeh ek computer progamme robot ka message hai. Yeh saab programming ke jariye se automatic hotahai aur keya ghatya programming hai. Laagta hai koi bewkoof admi ne programme banaya. Nahi to koi bewkoof maa baap se payda hua, agar sachmuch aadmi hai taab.

Mr.Rajesh Kumar, You forgot one thing, do remember-Ganguly is not physically fit for cricket, there is no even 1 year cricket left in him, so how can he become a good captain.
