I fully support your views. It is the stubborn behaviour of Dravid regarding Sehwag/harbhajan ,which might have felt by other indian cricketers very badly. So think like Indian not like Kananadiga. It is the Captain only, who is main culprit. Wall should have been there along with Sehwag and defeated Sri Lanka. That is the spirit required from Captain.

Absolutely rubbish--cant expect everything from coach and captain--by the same logic ganguly should not have been captain for even year--grow up we are all indians---stop getting zones/languages etc into the debate--be realistic

It is not correct to blame Dravid only. Almost all the batsmen are to be blamed, because almost all of them failed in 2 out of 3 games. Even those who scored some runs, they did not stay as long as needed or they scored very slow increasing pressure on other batsman.

There was nothing wrong in the inclusion of Sehwag, Harbhajan. Sehwag performed with the bat in 2 out of 3 games, so he already justified his inclusion. More importantly, he has been the 1st choice 5th bowler in recent times. Harbhajan has been exceptionally economical for last 2-3 years, so he was the obvious first choice spinner. Kumble would not have made any difference at all.

All batsmen should have batted better than they did. 3rd match pitch was very easy to bat on. 1st match pitch was also not bad, as shown by the way Bangla Desh battedt. Yuvraj's run out was one of the silliest I have ever seen. Dhoni put up such a poor show with the bat that no one could have imagined. Even any schoolboy in India would understand that the way Dhoni played very first ball (we are talking about Murali here, no ordinary bowler) was simply not the way it should have been played!

Bowlers (incl Agarkar) did a commendable job overall. True, Harbhajan had a bad day by his standards, otherwise giving 55 odd runs of 10 overs on a batting track is not a very poor performance.

no doubt you are a non kannadiga. to think vishy is supporting dravid because he is kannadiga is nonsense.

Vishy answer would be same, even if india was let by ganguly or sachin. when vishy said that batsmen let the team down it includes dravid himself.

to expect dravid to score 175 like kapil against a non sense one. kapil had nothing to loose after india's 17/5, so he started thowing the bat and found lucky not to get out. if it was not fluke, why india lost hell lot of matches despite kapil's presence.

don't be narrow minded. it people like you who seperate people with in the country.

and for your kind information im not a kannadiga but an indian from maharastra.
