yaa,every one is in frustration for indian team performance in caribean.things need to be done by BCCI now is not to select senior players like sachin,sourav against week tame tours.just select those players for when team india played against south africa or australia.but never select them against week teams in the wolrd.
if possible kick out sachin first then sourav also.sourav needs to constrate on ploticis rather than cricket.he is good politiciant than cricketer.If possible Keep dravid as captain.
otherwise give captancy for yuvraj with the condition for two years bond.don't distribue him for two years.but not make sachin as a captain.if selecors needs to think of india
immdetailtely drop tendulkar.send dhoni to play for ranji and making modling.he is unfit for outside subcontinet pitches.he got centuries in india and pakistan.he never got good scores outside subcontinet.select dinesh and parthiv patel if possible.
AS finally we need good cricketers not good models.
instead of sachin select kapil again he will play for india again. if possible selectors do that immedaitely.
