the indian team should be given counselling. they must be counselled to play as a unit. cricket is a team game. all the members should be dedcicated and have team spirit. non-performing seniors like saurav, sachin, kumble, agarkar and harbajan should retire. No place for dhoni too.pick up kaif, raina, rao.

Kaif,raina have got enough chances to prove themselves. They are hopeless. we dont want fielders we want complete cricketers
