According to me need to take some action as per below. 1)Make captain Yuvraaj Singh immediately as BCCI has dicided that captainship will not be given to Ganguly,-perhaps. Yuvi has good connections with all the players in the team incl Sachin,Dravid and Ganguly and everyone will support/advise him in a possitive way.So everywhere there will be a big chance to see the team spirit/motivation although Yuvi is a good batsman also with mnmm flaws. People those who are saying to deduct Sachin,Dravid and Ganguly,-I am sure they hv not played cricket thats why they are saying as kids.The time has not come yet that India Cricket team can be made without these three great players.A few failures can not reject the class. b)Dissmiss Chapell immediately and appoint coach either Wasim Akram or Aqib Javed so that we can produce attacking fast bowlers and also they are good to create proper team spirit. c)Selectors ratio shd be same from all the zone. In any decission making problem re. selection final decission will be taken by captain and coach. d) Captain/players/coach/every BCCI officials income/earning will be on low salary and high incentive/bonus on performance basis.
Please do not create a panic as no one will gain anything from it,and people of other countries will laugh at us.
I also request rediff and the media to create pressure on BCCI accordingly if my sggestions r logical and practical.

Any Pakistani will wreck Indian cricket with a vengenace so pls do not talk about Wasim and aaquib Javed, tomorrow you will talk about Javed Miandad, the guy will be licking his lips in anticipation on how he can screw Indian cricket. If you wan't to produce fast bowlers you can always appoint Kapil Dev or Chetan Sharma as the fast bowling coach!!

I hv not uttered the name of Javed Miandad as we hv great batsman with us already like Gavaskar,Sachin,Dravid,Ganguly etc etc,we dont need any batsman coach. U think every Pakistani is unfaithfull,-sorry I dont think like that.Everybody thought in favour of Chapell and it is proved wrong,and now if u r thinking negative for every pakistani then this will be proved in future that this is not true. Kapildev is now like a God in India for winning WC in 1983,he is perhaps engaged in so many matters , it will be hard for him to concentrate properly in coaching.Also Wasim was more danggerous bowler and captain than Kapil,we shd not avoid the truth. I dont want to commnt re. Chetan Sharma.

You cannot take Kapil Dev and Chetan Sharma's name in the same breath. If you consider Chetan Sharma as a bowling coach, we have several ex bowlers of the same caliber or better.
