1.BCCI- Top management have not played cricket so how they understand it's promotional activities rather than moneytary profitand in time of crisis they blame on players. 2.Zonal selection committee-Think only about their state or of their choiceable player. 3.Choice of cheif selector(More)- Low rated player only took personal issue and did politics and destroy the team spirit to remove previous captain.(Ganguly could be treated in different way for his bad form) 4.Useless coach could not understand the problem by heart and could not adopt as a real guide and could not make any intellectual idea. 5.Selection of wrong captain.
Ganguly was the neucleous of Indian team and was made it as a team and progressing at a height.More and Chappel removed him for their own interest and destroy the team on 2005.We got the result today.Chappel theory proved wrong because we select most of the seniors for WC,07.Vengsarkar tried but he not get enough time.
Recomendation. 1.Make green pitch. 2.Give a terget to each player and review it after five match.(For example a batsman should score 250 runs after 5 match otherwise he will be removed) 3.For irresponsible out or performance moneytary punishment to be introduced. 4.No player will not get money(match fees) if team lost.Only players get money when team win.Bonus system also be introduce. 5.Don't allow any player to do add. 6.Don't allow media to entertain players. 7.Select real tallented player as selection committee. 8.Allow only cricketers in BCCI top management. 9.Strength reserve bench and search young players from every corner of India by making a selection teamby ex-cricketer. 10.Engage abatting,bawling,filding coach individually and also appoint physio,psycriatist etc.

Chinmoy you all recemmodation are correct except why u gave much importance to saurav boss what has he done in world cup made 63 in 93 balls against lame team like bangladesh I know you are bengali but here we should not try pin out our hero but see it was over all failure I belong to mumbai I have even meet sachin personal at his house but I was not happy with is performance and he should play one match as farwell now about 2005 would you please let me know who scored maximum runs in dat world cup Tendulakr if i am not making mistake so you kolkatean please don't gave much importance to any particular player they all are perls of same necklance
