My friend, I appreciate your humor. If this happens, the only good thing will be that Agarkar will go into shock and be unable to play hopefully forever...None of the fools played a captain's knock. The team needs to pack up and retire. There's no hope unless some major changes are instituted. Banning endorsment contracts will be the only way to hope for a change.

well said. he is the only guy who stays away from meaningless ads. he does only good ads like for national egg coordination committee. he ha s276 wickets from 183 games and still always gives 100% on field. agarkar ko banao vice captain. he should lead india in 2011 world cup.

and you will be back with 101 explanations of why Agarkar couldn't deliver - the wicket was messed up, others didn't pitch in, fielding was bad, too much pressure, etc... Have you ever seen Hadlee, Holding, Lillie, Garner, Marshall, etc bowl? Obviously not since you rate Agakar this high. Maybe you ought to see some real quality bowlers before you toot your horn...

he performs better than useless people like uthappa and balaji. he is the only bowler to have won a match for india against aus in aus after kapil dev. remember india vs aus in adelaide 2003????

I can remember all the ducks walking back with Agarkar - first ball dismissals by the way. I can also remember the hiding in the last world cup final, and your fair and lovely boy showed his true class. Go look at the stats if you don't believe me. Please don't disgrace Kapil by comparing him to Agarkar. Kapil was a brilliant cricketer ok. Your fair and lovely cannot even dream of bowling like Kapil for the simple reason he ain't got that game. You mumbai boys need to get a serious grip on yourselves. Backing useless players for the sole reason that he's a Maharashtran. As for ads, has it crossed your mind that fair and lovely ain't got no market other than to a few deluded people like you who expect him to win you a game. Not to mention the game you bring up that he supposedly won for India was from 4 years ago. That's worthy of praise, puh-lease!
