what is the rain rule??

what if the match completely washed out due to rain, will there any reserve day or giving even points???

i think there is a reserve day. if even the reserve day washes out then its exactly the way told by Beamer Bees.

If "R" stands for reserve day, then there is reserve day(see the below link.)

There is a reserve day for all matches. Also some interesting world cup Rules.

Rain has never helped india in cricket. By the way, now we are only hoping rain will not spoil our chances.

but we always think some rain god should come and help us in desperate situations
we have been rescused by rains in these circumstances.
dont worry we are a country of many gods and they will definately help us in crisis

there are no reserve dsy. Points get split .. SL goes to the S8. Indians will have sitting , warming up their chairs, hoping that BD loses to BER (fat chances of that happening). The other way they can qualify is if the BER and BD also gets washed out and India go to S8 on better RR
