Not a right time to Celeberate
by satish singh on Mar 20, 2007 03:07 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Although India has lodged an impressive win over Bermuda, but it is not the right time to celeberate. The huge total of 413 seems to be very good, but it would have even more if the star player could be able to rotate the striking end by taking single and more. There was about 150 dot balls,in indian inning,i.e., almost 30 overs, where no run was made. If this is the situation with a babe team like Bermuda, what will be the outcome of the match with Sri Landka and other strong Team?
Indian players should show the consistency and steadiness in their innings right from the staring of the play and not wait for slog Overs to score.
Best Luck to Indian Team

I agree. Even on the non-dot balls we hit fours/sixes. That won't be the case with Srilanka. We will be scoring far lesser number of sixes and fours. But each day is a new one. Lets not forget India has recently defeated Srilanka at home. The pitch and ground conditions in west indies are very similar. So, lets hope for the best.
