by jeevitesh kumar on Mar 19, 2007 10:37 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

This all has happened due to undue media hype.

cricket in INDIA & PAKISTAn has been hyped to such an extent that WOOLMER couldn't sustain the pressure. No foreign coach will now think to come to sub-continent.

Optimisim comes when you become associated with pakistan cricket team. There can be so many things Woolmer must have taken with himself. He has always been there in all odd circumstances,no other coach could have sustained the cirumstances of ever infighting pakistani cricketers.I think this is the death of Optimisim in silence.May his soul rest in peace.

the TV media in India, especially the likes of star news, and ndtv, hypes the cricket fever so much that people ted to do all the eiffy burning etc... and even that is hyped... the media will go to any extent to get hiher Ad money.. i think the root cause for al this is the kind of advertisig and the money behind advertising..

if such things are not cotrolled, more such similar incidents can happen..

Salute to woolmer.
