Guys do you think if Ponting was there after lose of 2 wickets, he will play such a negative game. He would have turned the pressure on the Bangladesh guys, scoring singles and rotating the stike and the people in he downorder would have played with confidence. Definitely there is problem with Rahul Dravid and his character. Also he did not have cricketing mind. First he should not have sent Sehwag, opening should have been Ganguly and Uthappa, 2nd why he depended much on Agarkar, who was bowling all over the place. Instead Munaf should have opened the bowling and that guy is too good and very accurate. Definitely he would got early break through. Then infact Sehwag is good in off spin than yuvraj and tendulkar. Sehwag should have come at the early stage itself. Rahul Dravid is very poor in captaincy and he should have lead in front. Frankly bangladesh guys were showing very good maturity in the game and agression in batting, which our Old experience guys shall learn from them. They deserve the winning considering their all round effort.

I tend to agree. The reasons for the defeat could be listed as follows: 1. Even though Dravid said that they should take Bangladesh seriously in words they in reality did not take them seriously and did not give them enough respect. 2. Dravid does not seem to think on his feet. Many of his decisions seems to be like toss of a coin. Sehwag has been struggling. If you really want to get him in form would it be wise to let him play in the middle order when the ball is not moving that much and get his confidence back. 3. Once you started batting and you find that conditions are difficult should have planned for 250 instead of looking for 300 and beyond. Then if you have wickets at the end go for more. In the middle should have focussed on gathering ones and twos with better running between the wickets. You could say that Sehwag and Uthappa got out to moving balls but the rest of the batsmen I feel got themselves out. Tendulkar did not show enough respect to the Bangladesh spinners. Dravid seemed to be so upset that 300 was out of reach playing risky shots. Should have knocked the ball around for ones and two and waited for the bad balls. Yuvraj or Ganguly (one of them) should have played to stay till the end. Once Yuvraj got out there is no need for Ganguly to comitt suicide like that. Dhoni has got into two minds lately. If he hits he should hit hard or push ones and twos. At least Zaheer and Munaf showed some fighting spirit and scored some valuable runs at the end. 4. Once you could not reach 200 it is a difficult task to win since the wicket has become easy to bat. It needs an extradinary effort and fighting qualities to win from that stage and the team did not show it. Agarkar I thoght changed over the years but in big match situations he seems to get very nervous and do not bowl the way he does. Munaf should have been given the new ball.
The Indian team has dug itself into a deep hole. Feel sorry for them. Attacking Dhoni's house and things such as that are not the right things to do.
