1. Shewag should open with Robin, so that he can be provided with maximum number of overs to get into rythm and gain some match practice which would be very vital for our world cup campaign. He needs to be told to play cool and calm innings. If he gets a big score this will itself deter other teams from taking him very easily. 2. Pathan should be included so as to provide him with some match practice expecting him gain so form in his bowling. Since he is basically a bowler. He should open the attack so that his confidence can get a boost and also let him know that, we still have confidence in his abilities. 3. Zaheer can be rested so as to provide him some rest before the big encounters ahead. 4. Dinesh Karthik should be played so as to provide him match practice and be kept ready to take the mantle in future, if Dhoni is not available for reasons unknown. 5. Sachin and Yuvraj can be used as fifth bowler option. They should be made clear that no experiments are required and try to bowl to the situation.
