I think the new teams like Bermuda, Netherlands, Scotland, Canada & Ireland should be allowed to play the World cup. It has adverse effects.

Hey but then how do you feel that popularity of cricket will increase in their respective nations if they are not allowed to play in the international arena

I feel that playing is Important not WINNING specially for new comers, good to see lot of new countries adopting CRICKET.... But ya ICC should help them in coaching and funding..... NP HOLAND... KEEP IT UP... And well done GIBBS... not a mean achievement by any means coz all people have chance to play against the weaker side but its GIBBS who did it!!!!!
