if one batsman out at 10 run scored from 3 ball and another not out at 100 from 100 balls. who should be MVP.

Simple maths Rajaram..
Total Points
1st Batsman : 10 (for runs scored) 7.6 bonus points = 17.6 or 18 points.
2nd Batsman : 100 (for runs scored) 20 bonus points = 120 points
Therefore 2nd b/m wins the MVP by handsome 102 margin.
